Pool Closing: Includes 30k gallon premium chemical kit ($150 value) & anti freeze (spa only), cleaning DE filter grids & filter, draining filtration equipment, winterizing plumbing lines, lowering water level 1” below the tile line, shutting off electric (if accessible), organizing pool equipment on pool deck, screwing brass anchors up, and installing safety or water bag cover.  (Up to 2 hours of labor included - $125/hr. for any additional time for cabling, waterfalls, etc.)
